Best answer: It sounds to me like your catchment system is undersized for the volume it receives. You should add more barrels, and reroute your overflow to direct water away from the house. These things should have been done from the beginning and I have to ask, if your barrel is overflowing do you really need a catchment... show more

I got this old drill press and the 15ft power cords sheath is cracked to hell. Is shrink tubing a dumb idea, should I just buy another cord, or is there a better way to fix it. It s three wire and about 3/8" thick all together.

Gurgle sound and the water goes all the way down to till you can see any water .is thus a easy fix because I do not have the money to hire a plumber and I'm only living here till I can move I to a elderly apartment complex

The handle on my coffee mug broke in three pieces. I was able to successfully glue it back using super glue, however, there are ruff areas where the pieces join and are exposed where the paint chipped away. Any suggestion on what paint to use to paint over the ruff areas? I would like to keep the mug dishwasher... show more
