I prefer to roast, there is nothing easier that roasting a leg of lamb, even the smell is scrummy.

Slow heat, such as sautéing, braising, or dry heat cooking on lower settings.
The easiest is a stir fry-one pan cleanup. Roasting/broiling would come next.
Low & slow in the oven, so it cooks down and is made tender, then you can get on with other dishes / chores.

but lately I Invested In an air-fryer that makes delicious,crunchy,healthy food without the fat/calories....So I'm going to say that I prefer that the most at the moment.
