I keep having intrusive evil thoughts and life has just been stressful in general for me. I don't want to live anymore.

Hey my dude, I have similar thoughts but I know it’s not worth it. Not to be cliche but you really only have 1 life (and if you believe in it) for the rest of eternity you’d be in the afterlife so you should spend as long as you can alive. Even if you believe in recarnation you only have that specific life once,, even if you’re not religious, you don’t want to waste your only life by ending it early.

Do NOT kill yourself, I at one point in my own life wanted to do the same thing but I realized that it's the biggest mistake I'll ever make. Your family and friends will miss you terribly even though you think they don't care, they do.

Human beings are ruled by spirits but humans must learn to control and rule the spirits. Spirits possess people according to the mental state of the human beings and keep them in the same state until they are rejected and replaced by another. This is an all time phenomena occurring in all humans. Human beings are always under the influence of spirits. Certain situations and circumstances causes the possession of certain type of spirits. Often thinking and talking about bad subjects or bad imaginations even for fun can take serious turns on one who think and talk. The more you think the more would be the possession of the spirit of that kind. All spirits (good and bad) have the dominating character. They can take you to the extent of sacrifice or suicide.

All of your activities, talks and even thoughts determine what kind of spirits you will have for your life. Only these spirits are the reason for the good and bad happening in your life. Generally spirits determine your destiny from your daily activities, talks and thoughts too. All knowledge, skills, emotions, feelings, interests and everything are spirits. Even thoughts are not your own. For example, when you want to take a decision on a subject, one after another they think and you just listen and choose or reject the ideas which they transmit to your mind through your brain in the form of thoughts. A human being during his/her lifetime is living with many spirits which have joined one by one since birth. All human beings are just unprogrammed robots made of flesh, bones, tissues etc., by birth and toys of the spirits for their games.

You must not leave your mind in it's own way. If you do, the spirit will take your mind for it's own, then controlling it is not so easy. First of all you must think and believe that it's not you. Then you must command that spirit both mentally and orally to go. Whenever you are possessed by that thought you must divert your mind at once towards some other subject and stay in it for a while and then continue your duty. This is a mental exercise. You may also bring at once an opposite feeling through your imagination. For example if the depression is about your future then you may think, imagine and believe that you are going to live a healthy, wealthy and happy life in future. You must continue this exercise for few days. While doing this exercise you are creating an opposing spirit, i.e., a positive force. Soon this new spirit gets stronger and eliminates the negative force. Within a few days you will be alright.

Well, find things to make it purposeful and more enjoyable. Nobody will do it for you. Imagine there could be an existence for you where someone else worked you so hard you didn't have time for any intrusive evil thoughts. Now if you have too much time on your hands or time that isn't spent doing something more inspirational and satisfying, but nobody is forcing you to spend your time in a way they want, then make the kind of purposeful choices to end up spending more of your time doing things you like. Nobody can pick what those things are for you though, you need to allow for some good things to be enough. Learn from others who seem satisfied with life also, how do they do it? Look for a real life mentor or counselor or teacher who can help you. You don't have to do it alone, but you also shouldn't just give up. The world is full of options, some people just can't pick and end up miserable when there is too much choice around. It would be worse if you had no choice, so make the most out of the choices you got.

More people than you know have thoughts of suicide. It is actually really common.. Just remember that if your life is so bad that you want to truly end it then what is it going to hurt to make some major changes? I have been dealing with suicidal thoughts and anxiety and depression for over a year and the best thing I have learned is that I can choose my ending any time.. I might as well chase a few beginnings and see how they work out first..

Everyone feels that way some point in their lives. I would recommend talking to someone about these feelings. You never know, maybe one day, life will go in your favor. If you want, you could even email me and we can talk about whatever’s stressing you together. I’m sorry to hear about this but I know there are people out there who do care about you, even if you don’t feel it yourself. I hope you feel better :)

Why are you stressed out? Do you have a good job or in need of a good job? Do you lack a social life? Do you lack confidence? Are you unhappy in a relationship? Are you having trouble meeting specific goals. Whichever the problem is just know any of these can be fixed it just takes time. If you had a really bad experience as a kid or had unloving parents try to build some amazing relationships with people to make yourself feel better.

It's not the end of the world if things go tough on you. Life really does not always goes there way we want. Sometimes it'll hit back on us and we will make mistakes.

But the smart person would be one who will accept the mistakes, wrongs or anything bad done and learn lessons from it. Trust me, you are young and you got alot ahead do not give it up already.

Even I have faced tough times but it is about determination and doing the right thing at right time which helps. And now I just recently obtained a degree in mechanical engineering, isn't it something that I achieved?

If I can why can't you? You just need a push it seems. Just pass by my email which is on my profile, seems we need to have a talk on this.

The world is very tempting, I admit as I am in my 20s. But courage is not doing what others doing but it is doing the right thing when the whole world is doing wrong.

Sigh, I honestly have alot to say just do not want to sound like ranting.

So maybe you need to talk to someone about it. Without knowing how old you are it's hard to direct you to the right person, but a school counselor or doctor would be a good place to start.

well, there are many drugs developed in recent years, along with cognitive therapies which can help you deal with those thoughts. why not go check-in with a professional psychiatrist and have a mental-check-up, just like you would if physically you were were not feeling well, you would check in with your general practitioner M.D.? it is not a big deal.

think along with me for the minute: tgo have a glass of cold milk. taste it, see how it is "smooth and calm"? repeat these two worlds to yourself for a minute; smooth and calm.

sometimes we forget that worlds of thought are described by words like: calm and smooth, feeling light and bright, being happy. suggestion can used to help you feel : "calm & smooth", then life is calm and smooth.

so, take the time to get a check-up and don't worry so much about something that is easy to deal with.
